As Divisional Manager for the Commercial Team and Key Account Manager for a number of Alpha's largest companies, my key focus is to ensure positive customer experience for both clients and candidates and also the commitment to delivering a personalised service with energy and pace. My role is to lead a highly successful team who share my passion for our industry and connect the right person with the right role whether that be a Temporary, Contract or Permanent role across a broad range of industry sectors.

I fell into this challenging yet highly rewarding career choice over 20 years ago and I still love the buzz that comes from dealing with people from all walks of life! My key desire is to continue developing open and trusting relationships with long standing clients and candidates.
