Farrow Jamieson has been providing executive recruitment services for over 35 years and provides services to councils throughout New Zealand. Iain MacGibbon, the managing director of Farrow Jamieson, stated “there is a natural fit between Pamela's astute understanding of both the local government sector, infrastructure organisations and the requirements to be a successful executive. When this is combined with the high-tech high-touch  research led model of Farrow Jamieson, it is a fantastic combination”.

Pamela stated that “this is an excellent opportunity to provide a broader range of services to an existing client base, as well as bringing extensive sector knowledge to the team at Farrow Jameson”
