Property Business Development Managers – We want YOU!

We are currently seeking Property Business Development Managers or those with transferable skills.

Based in Wellington, the Property BDM will be bringing on board new clients, connecting new clients to the business and building strong relationships. This role would suit an agency property recruiter or real estate agent looking for a career change. 

To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the following:

-Good computer literacy - Familiar with MS Suite and able to pick up computer software programmes.
-A full, clean New Zealand Driver’s Licence
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Previous experience working as a Property/Procurement Recruiter or Real Estate Agent 

A strong sales background with a proven track record is essential for this role.

You must be results driven, able to handle a high workload and must have the right to work in New Zealand.
