Our client is an Aged Care facility based in Mount Eden seeking a skilled Operations Manager to work 3 days a week and carry out a contract until end of May.  This position will be starting as soon as possible.

This role will provide clinical leadership and management to the facility, ensuring effective service delivery and optimal care for the Residents. You will be responsible for leading a team, and maintaining high standards of care and professional practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• To line manage and supervise the facility and staff.
• Complete administration and reporting requirements.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with external providers
• Set high standards of professional practice for the service in conjunction with other team leaders
• Develop practice improvements to the service and uphold professional boundaries

Experience and Qualifications:

• Have a minimum of a degree (level 7) qualification in Nursing or similar.
• Registration to an appropriate industry body such as NZAC, Nursing Council
• Proven experience in a similar senior leadership role in health/social service sector
• Experience with Operations Management and Staff Leadership
