Are you ready to take your supply chain and inventory experience to the next level? A leading organisation within the health sector in Takapuna is looking for a motivated inventory coordinator to join their small, dedicated team.
Starting asap this temporary role will keep you busy for the next 12 months with the potential for a permanent role in the future. This role is primarily Monday to Friday working 7am – 3pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and checking stock
- Stock receipting and rotation
- Replenishing stock across departments using trolleys
- Handling stock returns, missing items and overstock issues
- Ordering stock as required using Oracle
- Assisting with additional ad hoc duties as needed
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience in stores/inventory control
- Strong computer skills with the ability to handle physical/manual tasks
- Happy to be on your feet and moving stock between departments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- A team-orientated mindset
