An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Administrator to support a busy team in the health sector.

This is a 3-month role starting ASAP, based in Grafton. You will be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep all documentation up to date
  • Provide administrative cover to the department
  • Manage day-to-day team queries
  • Prepare and format large documents, including PowerPoint presentations and manuals
  • Generate reports as required
  • Coordinate room bookings for meetings and events, including organising catering if needed
  • Order and manage stock for the department
  • Oversee on-call schedules, leave rosters, and clinic rostering
  • Assist with recruitment administration
  • Manage Outlook and email correspondence
  • Attend meetings and take basic minutes
  • Handle invoicing and manage purchase orders (POs)
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Advanced MS Office skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within the health sector
  • Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a high degree of accuracy
