An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Administrator to support a busy team in the health sector.
This is a 3-month role starting ASAP, based in Grafton. You will be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep all documentation up to date
- Provide administrative cover to the department
- Manage day-to-day team queries
- Prepare and format large documents, including PowerPoint presentations and manuals
- Generate reports as required
- Coordinate room bookings for meetings and events, including organising catering if needed
- Order and manage stock for the department
- Oversee on-call schedules, leave rosters, and clinic rostering
- Assist with recruitment administration
- Manage Outlook and email correspondence
- Attend meetings and take basic minutes
- Handle invoicing and manage purchase orders (POs)
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Advanced MS Office skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
- Previous experience in an administrative role within the health sector
- Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a high degree of accuracy
