We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Support professional to support a Cancer & Blood Research team for a 6-month temporary assignment based in Grafton.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and ensure effective systems for all research activities.
- Assist with financial management, including tracking budgets and invoicing study sponsors.
- Organize meetings and communications for the team, including taking minutes and managing agendas.
- Support the setup and maintenance of trial supplies and documentation.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes.
- Help with data entry and maintain the central research database.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong administrative experience and an interest in research within a health-related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data management.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commitment to achieving equitable health outcomes for Māori and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles
