The Role:
- Manage all company secretarial work with precision and care.
- Oversee the billing of company secretarial services and other company matters.
- Draft trust minutes and provide advice to accountants as required.
- Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality service to clients.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 2-3 years in a similar role with demonstrated competence.
- Analytical Expertise, strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking capabilities.
- Regulatory Knowledge, familiarity with the Companies Act, the Trusts Act, and AML/CFT regulations is a strong advantage.
