Key responsibilities will include:
- Diary management
- Serving as a primary point of contact for the Board of Directors - Planning and scheduling board meetings
- Reviewing conferences and speaking engagements opportunities - making recommendations for selection
- Monitoring, assessing and prioritising incoming correspondence
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations as needed
We are looking for an individual with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills combined with at least 3 years PA or EA experience.

- Ability to interact with all levels of management, board members, and external stakeholders
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- High level of discretion with sensitive information – ability to handle confidential information with care and integrity
- Strong business acumen
- Highly proficient on the MS Office Suite
