We are seeking a qualified and New Zealand-registered midwife to join our clinical team at our medical centre in South Auckland. This role is part-time (1 day per week) until June 2026. You will provide a high standard of health education to  mothers and their whānau, ensuring they feel supported and empowered on their journey to welcoming their newborns into the world.  This position does not involve delivering babies, it is more of a maternity health education provider role.

The Role

• Deliver expert antenatal and postnatal care to mothers and their families.
• Provide culturally appropriate and holistic maternity care.
• Offer guidance and support throughout the pregnancy and postpartum period.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure continuity of care.

The Successful Candidate...

• Registered Midwife with a current New Zealand practising certificate.
• Experience in primary or community-based midwifery is desirable.
• A deep understanding of Pasifika culture and values is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for working with Pacific communities and providing holistic, family-centred care.
