Our client who provides Warehousing Solutions is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor who can step in and assist with all their Health & Safety needs. The business is going through growth and requires an experienced advisor to take them to the next level in the development of their systems, processes and all H&S compliance for the business.

The company provides innovative solutions with a strong commitment to pursuing and delivering excellence. You will be working on multiple projects across a number of sites. You’ll need to be able to encourage and motivate people at every level of the company, and work closely with management to implement critical controls.

You will need to have:

·         Proven experience in a Health and Safety Advisor/Specialist role

·         Experience implementing systems and process

·         Strong understanding of H&S Legislation

·         Have worked on multiple sites and projects

·         Previous experience in creating policy and compliance documentation

·         Excellent communication skills and be able to deliver effective training to employees
