Our Te Rapa based client is a national leader in the supply of products to families and companies around New Zealand. With state of the art offices and a company culture they are proud of, the finance team is seeking a part time Accounts & Payroll Administrator.
Reporting to the Financial Controller you will:
- Prepare weekly and monthly payroll for a range of branches
- Compile commissions for staff
- Reconcile payroll reports and IRD payments
- Prepare and post month end journals
- Process creditor payments
- Analyse credit card statements and spend
- Assist with year end reconciliations
Ideally you will bring a minimum of two years payroll and accounts experience. Current knowledge of NZ payroll standards and compliance will be beneficial, as will well developed Excel and Word skills. You will be a proud team player, have the ability to work well autonomously and enjoy analysing and reconciling.
