If so, we would love to hear from you.  This newly created position, which is part of the leadership team, will offer variety, the ability to influence and the opportunity to support the Directors in this highly regulated business with all things finance and compliance.

Your responsibilities:

• supporting the leadership team with operational and strategic performance
• overseeing the firm’s trust account, ensuring compliance at all times
• ensuring timely monthly financial reporting
• managing payroll, cashflow, budgeting and day to day operational accounts
• providing support and training to staff reports
• producing all weekly, monthly and annual regulatory reports
• managing debtor and creditor accounts
• assisting the Directors with trust and finance based projects

The best suited candidate for this role will demonstrate high level financial and compliance skills, preferable gained in the real estate, financial, legal or accounting industries.  Your interpersonal and communication skills will impress, as will your ability to think outside the square.  Leadership will be a passion of yours, and your strategic capability will be developing or proven.
