An opportunity has arisen for a proactive and analytical professional with a passion for data analysis, trend identification, and driving improvement through data-driven insights, to join them as their Business Services Manager.

In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the senior leadership team.  You will be responsible for leading and managing all financial activities for the PBO Group of entities, including processing, reporting, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.  In addition to maintaining financial stability, you will provide high-level strategic advice, contribute to decision making and confidently analyse large data sets to guide growth and success.  Key responsibilities also include leading a small team and managing HR and administrative services ensuring these functions align seamlessly with their business goals.

To be successful, you will demonstrate;

• 5+ years’ experience in management and financial accounting roles
• Strong commercial and financial modelling expertise with a proven track record of driving business improvement
• Proficiency in using data analytic tools, coupled with excellent relationship-building and leadership skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a practical approach to challenges
• An Accounting or Business qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Experience in the retail sector (preferred but not essential)
