My client is a leading provider of print solutions. They've been in business for a long time and are looking for a Field Service Engineer/Technician to join the team.

They're a business built on family values and have an excellent team culture. This is a full time permanent opportunity. 

In this role, you would install, test, service and repair specified products and equipment according to operating specifications and customer requirements. There is travel involved in this role, through the wider Wellington region and includes Napier, New Plymouth and Nelson. Hours are Monday-Friday 8.30-5, with some overnight travel when required. This role also comes with a company car. 

Some of your key areas of responsibility will include:

• Service equipment and perform onsite and in-house hardware repairs as required
  and in accordance with service and maintenance agreements.
• Undertake preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance for specified
  customers and equipment.
• Respond to requests for emergency repairs and repair faulty equipment.
• Install new and used equipment in conjunction with product specialists or Senior
  Service Engineer.
• Complete de-installations as required by service management.
• Maintain strong working relationships with all customers.
• Service administration and reporting. 

 To be successful in this role:

•  ESTA is a minimum requirement.
• Relevant trade certificate level 4 would be beneficial.
•  3 years experience in servicing and repairing large and/or small format
  graphics equipment.
• New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
