Our client, one of NZ's largest employers, are looking for a Training Coordinator to join the team in a temporary assignment, based in central Auckland. This assignment will go through till June, with the possibility of extension.
Tasks of the role will include:
- Training development support - support the Operations and Training SME to research, develop and review training modules, ensuring veracity of source material; consistency with NZQA unit standard structure, and adaptation for delivery in different contexts. Ensure all training material, including lesson plans, content, resources and competency assessments are completed to a high standard and shared with delivery team; are reviewed and updated regularly, including following delivery to each location and each phase of roll out.
- Responsibility for training register – work with Learning & Development team to set up register. Develop process for use of register and present to security instructors and violence reduction specialists. Support instructors and specialists to maintain accurate, complete and timely registration of all learners and all training modules across all hospitals and ensure information is shared with L&D or other local stakeholders where needed. Provide monthly and on demand reports and responses to enquiries.
- Training delivery support – support stakeholder engagement and manage all training logistics, including rooms bookings, coordinating and booking travel and accommodation, transportation of training mats, ensuring all training documents are standardised, correctly formatted and ready to use as needed; and where possible, be on site to facilitate training. POC for any IT issues/support/admin enquiries. Manage annual renewals and training for team/regions as needed. Manage the Regional Security Instructor and Violence Reduction Specialist sharepoint page, folders and training documents. Create and maintain stakeholder database. Assist the Operations and Training Development SME as needed to ensure all training project roll out needs/targets are met.
- Reporting – work with Senior BA to ensure monthly and on demand KPI and financial reporting is accurate and timely. Write reports as required, ensuring reports are of a high standard, relevant to different stakeholder groups.
- CPI POC account manager (deputising for GM Protective Services) for all orders, invoices, bookings, approvals, and enquiries from districts.
