The Senior Analyst will provide high-level, evidence based advice on current and new policies that will help support the strategic direction and decision making within the agency.

You will have the following experience:

• Experience of providing sound policy advice and understanding of the processes involved
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be able to gather and analyse information and identify key themes and demonstrate findings
• Provide direction on the strategic direction of the work
