Position Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Flexible (may require travel outside of Auckland)

Overview: We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinators to support our project teams. The successful candidate will assist with the coordination of resources, schedules, and communication for ICT infrastructure and healthcare clinical application projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of project tasks.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and deliverables.
• Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders.
• Support project managers and teams in ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up to date.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in project coordination, particularly in ICT infrastructure or healthcare projects.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Relevant Project Management or coordination qualifications.
