We are looking for experienced Administrators to join our talented pool of administrators. We recruit for permanent and temp opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conducting outbound calls
- Sending follow up emails
- Updating and maintaining systems
- General admin/coordination tasks as required

- Strong administration skills
- Professional personal presentation
- Sound analytical skills and attention to detail
- The ability to think on your feet and use your initiative
- Experience in similar roles
- High level of communication skills and ability to build relationships
- A good work ethic and works well under pressure
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Excel
