We are looking for an experienced Agency recruiter to take over two of our top performing portfolios at Alpha Recruitment Wellington. We are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running for the 6-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. We are looking at a start date of April/early May.

About the role:

Business support desk:

 

As a Recruitment Consultant on our Business Support desk, you’ll be responsible for recruiting administration, customer service, EA, PA, and other office support roles for a diverse and well-established client base. This is a 360° recruitment role, where you’ll build and manage client relationships, source top talent, and drive business growth.

 

To be successful in this role:

 

• Must have worked on a hybrid desk and worked in the temp space
• Must have a track record of delivery, especially in the AoG space  
• Must be a hunter and very experienced at sales
• Must have a people focused approach
• Must be resilient

 

HR/ Property/ Procurement desk:

 

As a Recruitment Consultant on our HR/Property/Procurement desk, you’ll be responsible for recruiting property, human resources and other procurement roles for a diverse and well-established client base. This is a 360° recruitment role, where you’ll build and manage client relationships, source top talent, and drive business growth.

 

To be successful in this role:

 

• Must have worked on a hybrid desk in the permanent and contracting space  
• Must have a track record of delivery
• Must be a hunter and very experienced at sales
• Must have a people focused approach
• You must be resilient

 

Previous recruitment agency experience is essential. We will not be considering anyone without recruitment agency sales experience.
