We are on the look out for an experienced Dental Receptionist and Dental Assistants looking for permanent position on the North Shore in a lovely clinic.  Must have previous dental experience.

As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the face of the clinic welcoming patients and working alongside highly trained clinicians and other dental professionals to provide excellent patient care and support. It is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will be someone who enjoys working closely within a team and providing upstanding customer care.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, review their medical history and answer any questions they may have
• Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems
• Book in patients
• Stock and order dental supplies
• Follow directions from the Clinic Manager and Lead Dentist.
• Experience in sterilisation
• Willingness to learn and use initiative

The Person

• Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist/ASsistant
• Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills
• Proficiency in computer software applications such as Exact
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
