An excellent opportunity has arisen for someone with excellent communication / customer service skills to assist with inbound and outbound calls and some general administration. You will be located in Takapuna working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday. 

Starting asap this role is till the end of June with possible extension.  You will be assisting with a healthcare-based project.  If you have had previous experience working within the Māori or Pacific communities promoting health and well being then this role is perfect for you.

Duties include:

  • Fielding inbound queries
  • Responding to email queries
  • Making outbound calls to assist with booking appointments for clinics
  • Data entry updating the data base
  • Arranging for information to be sent out
  • Other adhoc administrative duties
