We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sustainability Data Administrator to assist a health-based organization in measuring and managing their carbon footprint. This is a part-time role that offers flexibility, requiring you to work 1-3 days per week ongoing (depending on how much work is generated each week). You'll play an important role in supporting sustainability efforts within the healthcare sector, contributing to a greener future!
Key Responsibilities:-
Data Collection: Gather carbon-related data from various subsidiary businesses and input emission data into a specialized database.

Liaison and Support: Work closely with different business entities to support their data submission process, track trends, and identify areas for improvement.

Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing reports for management, and contribute to identifying carbon reduction opportunities.

Sustainability Compliance: Ensure adherence to sustainability commitments and certification requirements.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent customer service and the confidence to liaise with different business entities to gather and record emissions data.

Tech-Savvy: Advanced MS Office skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and a meticulous approach to work.

Experience: Previous experience in finance/IT administration, with exposure to sustainability or environmental projects is highly desirable.

Flexibility: Ability to assist with various tasks related to the sustainability project as needed.
