Due to this, our long-term client is pleased to be expanding their communications and marketing functions. Reporting to the HR Manager, this position is responsible for implementing the company’s communication strategy both internally and externally. Interacting with a number of key stakeholders your responsibilities will include:
- Creating digital marketing campaigns and effective social media content
- Supporting leaders and teams in the business with the communications and marketing strategies
- Creating content for internal and external channels
- Assisting the HR team with the delivery of key people related communications
- Contributing to maintaining strong brand and stakeholder reputations
- Drafting and editing written and visual content for internal and external audiences
- Assisting with the change communication of key projects in the business
- Continually developing the company’s strong brand awareness
About you
A degree qualified professional with strong writing, editing and content creation skills – someone who has ideally had exposure to social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns and website content. Your relationship skills will be well honed, as will your problem-solving capability and levels of initiative. We are keen to hear from graduates who have undertaken some relevant work while studying. Energy, confidence and impressive interpersonal skills are key attributes we are seeking.
