About the role
This role offers the chance to embed a culture of innovation within Manukora. As the central orchestrator of project execution, you will drive cross functional collaboration whilst successfully overseeing the full lifecycle of NPD projects. Driven by success metrics, this role is vital to bringing new products to market on time, within budget and in alignment with company strategy. Skilled in making decisions driven by data, you will thrive in using insights to guide project prioritisation and ensuring clear objectives and timelines are met. What a typical day could look like:

• Developing comprehensive project plans with clear objectives, timelines and resource allocation
• Successfully delivering products from concept brief to launch stage
• Proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Collaborating with stakeholders and fostering key relationships through strong communication
• Managing project budgets and continuously optimising resources for efficiency
