This is a golden opportunity for a seasoned Recruitment Resourcer with exemplary administration skills to join our busy team in Onehunga. You will need to be "one step ahead" as this is a fast-paced environment looking after 3x of our busy recruitment brands. The role is a mixture of Resourcing for candidates across all 3 brands and general Administration tasks. You will be resourcing for a variety of candidates including, but not limited to Construction, Administration, Automotive & Scientific.

Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Sourcing and resourcing activities – Finding, attracting, screening & interviewing potential candidates
- Maintaining a candidate pool for future roles – Updating temp pool
- Writing and posting Job ads
- Social Media posting for all 3x brands – Job ads, general market updates/news
- Assisting consultants to fill roles – Profiling, reference checks, criminal checks, credit checks
- Candidate Management – Coordinate documentation such as registration and visa checks and maintaining candidate profiles in the databases
- Administration tasks – supporting and assisting the team as required
- Support GM with general office administration/reporting/presentations/record keeping
- Review and optimise office policies and procedures
- Work closely with IT team to update systems, databases & processes – upskill/train internal staff
- Working collaboratively in a team environment, and always striving to do the ‘right thing’
Key Skills
- Previous experience with resourcing candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced computer skills: MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Social Media platforms & tools including Mailchimp, Canva or similar
- Database management
- Proven ability to pick up new systems
- Organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
- Instinctive, intuitive, and able to relate to people at all levels
