About the role
This is a full time role, Monday – Friday with a 7.30am start to the day. Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, you’ll be scheduling the installations and servicing for the air conditioning team. Working closely with the Team Leader, technicians and contractors you will ensure the smooth day to day running of the team and support the business with daily administration tasks. As one of the first points of contact for customers and service providers, you will provide great interactions through answering incoming phone calls, emails and queries. Organising all aspects of service delivery this role demands a high level of organisation, multi-tasking and the ability to prioritise.

About you

You must be a self-starter, organised and have great attention to detail. A team player with a can-do attitude, you demonstrate initiative with a willingness to learn and succeed.

Additionally, you will possess the following:

• An ability to liaise with a diverse range of customers
• Excellent skillset in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good organisational and time management skills
• High level of interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
